We are looking for experienced and qualified talent to join one of our subsidiary

PT Sulawesi Cahaya Mineral (SCM) for the following positions:

Environment Superintendent

Requirements:

• Minimum education: DII/S1/S2 (Environmental Engineering, Forestry/Agriculture, Chemistry, or Mining)
• At least 5 years in the environmental field or in a relevant field
• 7-10 years of experience in the mining industry, including:
• Minimum 1 year in a similar/identical position Holds certifications: POP, POM, and PROPER
• Strong knowledge of national and intemational environmental regulations
• Proficient in the technical aspects, standards, and best practices of environmental management and monitoring
• Familiar with environmental licensing requirements and processes
• Capable of preparing key documents: RKAB, RR, RPT, and AMDAL
• Skilled in conducting environmental risk assessments, investigations, and audits to ensure compliance Able to create and review environmental reports for intemal and external stakeholders.

Key Roles:

• Develop program and budget plans for environmental management and monitoring
• Monitor environmental management and monitoring activities (Wastewater management, IPAL D, B3 & LB3, Reclamation and revegetation, Ambient air quality & emissions, Domestic waste, Biodiversity, etc.)
• Develop and improve the environmental management system
• Prepare drafts and support the fulfillment of environmental licensing requirements 
• Ensure compliance with all applicable environmental regulations and standards
• Innovate in the development of environmental management science and technology 
• Conduct inspections related to the environmental impact of production and infrastructure activities
• Foster strong coordination, communication, and collaboration with other departments and contractors
• Actively participate in environmental audits, investigations, and responsive actions
• Review and provide input on environmental reports
