SUPERVISOR RECRUITMENT HRGA 

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Management or any Major
• Have experience in HR recruitment as a supervisor in mining industry Comply for all recruitment staff/non staff for mining industry
• Understand qualification for all positions in mining industry
• Understand BEl and can do a deep interview with a candidate
• Knowing competency mapping to determine suitable candidates for the position
• Understand how to treat in managerial level selection
• Knowing to create MPP and can adaptable fast if suddenly there is a lot of employee demand from management 
• Able to work quickly and precisely when recruitment demand is high h
• Have good strategy and problem solving
• Can create recruitment dashboard and also create recruitment report
• Can Set Work Targets and KPIs for Subordinates, Provide Coaching, and Assess Performance to Achieve Targets

SUPERVISOR HR GENERAL HRGA

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Law
• Have minimum 3 years experience in HR General as a supervisor in mining industry
• Strong understand Indonesian labor law
• Manage all employee data, monitor staff and non-staff absences, manage leave periods.
• Preparing, and managing new employee data register finger absences for PT MBL staff and non-staff
• Understand BPJS registration and monitor changes in employee data
• Manage all contracts for new employees or existing employees
• Processing for internal or external training
