Lowongan Kerja PT Merdeka Tsingshan Indonesia (MTI)

PT Merdeka Battery Materials Tbk is a holding company for a business group engaged in nickel and other mineral mining, processing, and other related activities that are vertically integrated with the strategic mineral value chain and electric motor vehicle batteries.

We are looking for experienced and qualified talent to join one of our subsidiary PT Merdeka Tsingshan Indonesia (MTI) for the following positions:

Environmental Supervisor

Environmental Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and managing environmental programs related to air emissions, water treatment, and hazardous waste in a smelter environment. This role also involves supervising monitoring activities, maintaining permits and documentation, and coordinating with relevant departments to support sustainable and safe operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or a related technical major. 
• At least 5 years of proven experience and 3 years in a supervisory position, preferably in chemical industry or metal processing plant.
• Proficiency in report writing, Microsoft Excel, and presentations is mandatory.
• Certified PPPA, PPPU, PLB3, are preferred.
• Expertise in ensuring the Company's compliance with environmental documents, permits, and government regulations related to: PPA, PPU, PLB3, Greenhouse Gas Projects, External Audit Projects, etc.
• Involved in preparing environmental studies and administration processes such as PERTEK, RINTEK, etc.
• Ensure that environmental field monitoring and inspection activities are conducted, reviewed, and reported
• Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Mandarin is considered as advantage.
• Possess a strong leadership, problem solving, and team management skills.
• Excellent teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse departments and stakeholders.
