Open Position:

 

TENAGA TEKNIS KAYU SERPIH

Responsibilities

• Manage and plan the supply of wood chips required for wood pellet production.
• Establish and maintain logistics records that include suppliers, delivery quantity, quality, and delivery time.
• Conduct routine wood ship quality test checks.
• Develop procedures or operational standards to check the quality of wood chips.
• Make regular reports to be evaluated and submitted to related parties.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Forestry Engineering.
• Experience in the field of wood raw material management for 2 years.
• Knowledge of organizing raw material stocks/
• Ability to analyze and plan raw materials.
• Willing to be placed in Malinau, North Kalimantan

 

ASISTEN INSTRUMENTATION

Responsibilities

• Manage instrumentation systems throughout the facility including equipment used to control and monitor the wood pellet production.
• Perform calibration and testing on instrumentation equipment such as sensors, transmitters, and control systems.
• Supervise and coordinate with relevant parties the installation and testing of new instrumentation systems to ensure their feasibility before use
• Compile daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports, and document all maintenance and calibration activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering or Instrumentation / Industrial Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in the field of maintenance and calibration of instrumentation systems for 2 years.
• Understand the technical calibration of measuring instruments troubleshooting and maintenance of automatic control systems. 
• Willing to be placed in Malinau, North Kalimantan

 

ASISTEN LAND CLEARING

Responsibilities

• Developing land clearing schedules and targets according to the annual work plan, as well as identifying the need for heavy equipment, labor, and materials.
• Operational supervision, monitoring the implementation of land clearing by land clearing foremen and casual daily workers.
• Preparing daily, weekly, monthly production reports. 
• Ensuring all Health & Safety procedures run according Standard Operating Procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Forestry/Agroforestry/Civil Engineering
• Experience in land clearing or forestry operations.
• Knowledge of land clearing techniques, environmental regulations, and OHS.
• Having certification in OHS, Heavy Equipment Management, and
• GIS is a plus. Willing to be placed in Malinau, North Kalimantan

 

ASISTEN INBOUND LOGISTICS

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily/weekly work plans related to the logistics process, and planning for resource needs (labor, materials, tools).
• Organize and monitor the process of delivering raw materials from the plantation to the factory location and inspect the raw materials received.
• Ensure that all documents related to the receipt of raw materials (invoices, road letters, and delivery reports) are received in full.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management.
• Have experience in the logistics industry plantation/forestry min. 3 years.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain Management (SCM).
• Understand warehouse administration.
• Have good communication skills.
• Willing to be placed in Malinau, North Kalimantan.

 

ASISTEN UPKEEP

Responsibilities

• Develop daily/weekly work plans related to plant management and maintenance.
• Make resource allocations (labor, materials, tools) based on production targets.
• Supervise and maintain plantation infrastructure.
• Perform plant maintenance and manage the pest and disease control process.
• Compile daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Forestry/Agronomy with 3 years of work experience in the plantation/forestry industry. Have technical knowledge of
• plant maintenance and pest management.
• Understand fertilizer and pesticide use techniques.
• Able to analyze land productivity.
• Have Environmental Management Certification is a plus
• Willing to be placed in Malinau, North Kalimantan.
