Lead Site Engineer

Qualification:

• Minimum bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related major.
• Have min. 5+ years experience in the same position.
• Hold certificate professional is preferred.
• Having skill in operating AutoCAD, Ms. Project, and other related software.
• Having knowledge on local construction codes, regulations, and best practices.
• Have written and oral communication skills in English and Indonesian.

Job Description:

• Lead and supervised engineering team to ensure all activity are performed according to the project plan.
• Ensure all activity are aligned with overall project schedule.
• Provide technical guidance and expertise to the team in the execution of tasks and activities. •
• Conducted regular inspections and ensure compliance with technical specifications and local regulations. Maintain up to date and accurate site records, including but not limited; daily progress reports, technical issues, and variatons.
• Willing to be placed in Tangguh LNG with rooster: 9 week on - 3 week off

 

Construction Superintendent

Qualification:

• Minimum bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related major.
• Have min. 10+ years experience in the same position.
• Hold certificate professional is preferred. Having skill in operating AutoCAD, ETAB, Ms. Project and other related software.
• Have written and oral communication skills in English and Indonesian.

Job Description:

• Organize the installation sequences and construction methods.
• Assure compliance with all safety, technical, and schedule requirements.
• Providing constructability input during the development of the design drawing for the work.
• Organized and coordinate of the development of the design drawings for the work.
• Maintain and provides performance report, accident report, etc.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, including; daily progress, inspection logs, test reports, and other required documentation.
• Willing to be placed in Tangguh LNG with rooster: 9 week on - 3 week off

 

Cost Control

Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related.
• Having min. 3+ years of professional experiences.
• Having skills in operating Microsoft Project, Primavera, and other related software
• Have written and oral communications skill in English and Bahasa.

Job Description:

• Monitor and analyze operational and
• project costs regularly to ensure adherence to the budget
• Update and maintain budget data based on project and operational changes
• Prepare audit reports and documentation related to cost management
• Manage budget changes and ensure that all changes are controlled and well-documented Analyze cost processes and provide recommendations for efficiency and effectiveness improvements 
• Ensure that all cost management activities comply with company regulations and industry standards
• Willing to be placed at LNG Tangguh, West
• Papua with Roster 9 Weeks ON, 3 Weeks OFF (9:3)

 

Civil Engineer

Qualification:

• Minimum bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or related major. Have minimum 3 years experience in the same position.
• Having skill in operating AutoCAD, ETAB, Staad Pro is preferred
• Have design, construction, testing of civil and structure works skill.
• Have written and oral communication skills in English and Indonesian.

Job Description:

• Familiar of International Standard Code for reference to Design Civil and Structure Work.
• Design and analyze steel structures (buildings, bridges, etc.) Prepare and review construction drawings and specifications.
• Perform structural calculations and select appropriate materials.
• Familiar standard testing of material and product including Acceptance Criteria.
• Willing to be placed in Tangguh LNG with rooster: 9 week on - 3 week off

 

Project Control

Qualification:

• Minimum bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related major.
• Have min. 5 years experience in the same position.
• Hold certificate professional is preferred.
• Having skill in operating AutoCAD, Primavera, Ms. Project.
• Have written and oral communication skills in English and Indonesian.

Job Description:

• Develop and maintain the project baseline schedule, ensuring alignment with overall project scope.
• Monitor the project timeline and adjust schedules as necessary to maintain on time completion.
• Monitor and report on project financial performance.
• Develop mitigation strategies for potential risks that could impact project schedule, cost, or quality. Ensure project data is accurate and timely and assist with the preparation of progress reports and project documentation.
• Evaluate the impact of changes on the schedule, budget, and resources, and report findings. Communicate with constructors, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely and accurate reporting of project
• status.
• Willing to be placed in Tangguh LNG with rooster: 9 week on - 3 week off
