• Lead and guide the team to ensure high-quality deliverables and efficient task distribution.
• Evaluate selection of new and upcoming technologies that align with project and business needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with technology licensors and partners.
• Assess and negotiate technical offerings to enhance Tripatra's capabilities.
• Collaborate with business development to support technical feasibility in proposals and tenders.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge database on process technology.
• Identify and manage risks related to new technologies.
