EXPEDITING OFFICER

About Client:

Our client is an upstream oil and gas operator managing one of Indonesia's most mature blocks in East Kalimantan. Operations focus on natural gas production, with a strong commitment to safety, sustainability, and supporting national energy needs.

Role Description:

Responsible for tracking and coordinating the timely delivery of equipment and materials for oil and gas projects. Works closely with procurement, logistics, and vendors to ensure on-time delivery in alignment with project schedules. Monitors supplier performance, resolves potential delays, and ensures all documentation complies with industry and project requirements. Supports smooth execution of drilling, construction, and production activities through efficient materials POINTER management.

Requirements:

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a related position within the oil & gas industry Understanding of contract structures/PO and related requirements
• Familiar with INCOTERM
• Knowledge and experience in calculating penalties for late deliveries
• Proficient in and experienced with using the SAP system
• Employment status: PKWT project-based
• Project length: 60 months
• Placement: Balikpapan
