Assistant - Legal

Placement: RO - Jakarta

Requirements:

1. Candidate must be from Bachelor degree in Law.
2. Minimum 2 years experiences in handling Legal matter.
3. Good communication in English (both verbal & writing).
4. Strong knowledge of state laws and regulations.

Job Descriptions:

1. Provide direction to staff and company regarding legal issues, potential obligations, and appropriate legal action.
2. Processing all documents, starting from writing, and reviewing settlement documents, contracts, letters of agreement, share certificates, and other important documents.
3. All of these tasks will become a daily routine and require the right focus and precision.
