MHR Manager

Qualifications:

• Experience in Nickel Mining preferred
• A Bachelor's degree in mining engineering, geology, civil or a related field Minimum 3 years of experience in Nickel Mining preferred as a Supervisor Maintenance Hauling Road
• Hold a Competency Frontline Operation Management (POP) is a must Understanding of HSE/K3 and HSE regulations/standards (especially in mining environments)
• Ensuring the implementation of MHR targets is achieved with predetermined targets and high equipment performance and readiness
• (Good performance, high availability) Evaluate target achievements every month and report it to Manager Production and Head Project
• Good communication skills, motivated, and able to work under pressure
• Willing to work on mining sites

 

Trainer Operational Manager

Kualifikasi:

• Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3-5 tahun di jenis atau sektor pekerjaan yang sama (Industri Pertambangan)
• Memiliki sertifikasi Training of Trainer (ToT)
• Memiliki kemampuan menyusun Training Need Analysis (TNA)
• Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik dan bekerja baik dalam tim atau individual
• Mengerti mengenai unit operasional untuk pertambangan
• Terbiasa bekerja dalam ketentuan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:

• Mampu mengoperasikan alat berat dan unit support seperti Excavator,
• Wheel-Loader, Dump Truck, Buldozer, Motor Grader, Compactor Vibro, LV
• Membuat kurikulum terkait seluruh aktivitas training yang akan dilaksanakan
• Monitoring kegiatan training untuk semua projek Site
• Menyiapkan materi Training terkait alat berat dan unit support • Memberikan pelatihan alat angkat, angkut dan alat berat jika dibutuhkan

 

Equipment Manager / Service Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 3+ years of experience in equipment management • Knowledge of equipment maintenance and repair
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Monitor & strategize the progress of repair & maintenance of DT and HE units
• Monitoring maintenance implementation and standardization
• Validating spare parts requirement list
• Analyzing maintenance and repair data comparison

 

Assistant Accounting Manager

Qualifications:

• Female or Male, maximum 40 years old of great health
• Attained minimum Bachelor degree of reputable Accounting school
• At least 3 years of professional accounting experiences
• Agile, hard-working team player with exceptional problem-solving abilities

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Monitor the company's cash flow and ensure adequate liquidity to support the company's operations 
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards 
• Develop, compile and monitor the company's annual budget and analyze the budget realization 
• Ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations and prepare required tax reports
• Ensure that any type of activity or report within the accounting department can be well documented Have knowledge and experience in the field of internal audit
