HSE OFFICER

PT BARA PRAMULYA ABADI (BPA) is looking for a dedicated and experienced HSE Officer to join our team immediately!

Job Location:

Seradang, South Kalimantan kalsel

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE).
• Certified SMKP Auditor (mandatory), POP Certification (Pengawas Operasional Pertama)
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessments, and compliance audits.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Willing to join as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures in accordance with industry standards.
• Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with SMKP regulations.
• Provide safety training and awareness programs for employees.
• Identify potential hazards and recommend preventive measures.
• Investigate incidents and prepare reports with corrective actions.
