Head Office Database Administrator 

Responsibilities:

1. Ensures that data is efficiently stored, retrieved, and protected, supporting the organization's operational and analytical needs. 
2. Their role is forward-looking, focusing on database performance, availability, and scalability to support both current and future business requirements. 
3. Supports the organization by optimizing database systems to improve data accessibility, ensuring data integrity, and developing backup and recovery strategies.
4. Identifying potential issues, maintaining data compliance, and offering solutions to enhance data management practices, ultimately driving operational efficiency and supporting informed decision-making processes. 

Requirements: 

1. Min. bachelor's degree from Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics or other relevant degree.
2. Min. 3 years' experience in database management, administration, or other related fields. 
3. Strong Technical Skills and Problem-Solving 
4. Abilities Experience in Database Systems such as MSSQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Azure SQL, Azure Synapse. 
5. Experience with SAP BW, SAP HANA, or SAP Datasphere is a plus. 
6. Knowledge of Database Scripting and Automation using SQL, PowerShell, or Python to automate routine database tasks. 
7. Experience in Database Design and Data Modeling ensuring efficient storage and access to data.
