ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGER 

Indonesia Weda Bay Industrial Park (IWIP) is offering an exciting opportunity for professionals with strong leadership skills and extensive experience in environmental management within the mining sector to join as an Environmental Manager at the Weda Bay Project, Central Halmahera, North Maluku.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Forestry, Agriculture, or a related field 
• Minimum 15 years of relevant work experience, preferably in land reclamation, rehabilitation, or environmental management within the mining sector 
• Demonstrated expertise in soil stabilization, hydroseeding techniques, vegetation planning, DAS rehabilitation, and slope protection Proven ability to manage large-scale reclamation projects and lead diverse teams 
• Strong understanding of national environmental regulations 
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia Experince in managing stakeholder affairs, including direct engagement with NGOs and community groups 
• Experience handling press and media, particularly regarding environmental project execution and crisis communication 
• Proven experience in GHG emission reduction strategies and energy efficiency initiatives

2. Certified Pengawas Operasional Madya (POM) 
3. Supporting training & certification in related fields is a plus If you have 
4. 13+ years of experience in ore quality control, hold a POM certification, and are ready for a new challenge,
