Position: 

IT Technical Support

Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia 

Salary: 7000 SAR 

Responsibilities: 

• Provide support for computer-related issues, including hardware and software troubleshooting. 
• Assist users with problems through phone, in-person, or online channels. 
• Install, configure, and update computer systems and software. 
• Ensure the safety and security of digital files and systems. 
• Operate and maintain cameras, alarms, and other related devices. 

Requirements: 

• Proficiency in using Windows 10 and 11, Teams, Zoom, and Mac computers. 
• Strong understanding of IT security and system maintenance. 
• Relevant IT certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
