Supervisor / Vice Supervisor HC-GA (Mining Site) 

Responsibilities: 

• Supervise Human Capital operations for employees on the mining site. 
• Serve as the main point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive work environment. 
• Handle industrial relations (IR) and employee relations (ER) issues, including resolving disputes and negotiating agreements. 
• Coordinate site facilities, logistics, and supplies in collaboration with GA teams.

Requirements: 

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) 
• Age Range: 25-37 years old 
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English and/or Mandarin is a plus 
• Work Location: Weda Bay Site, North Maluku
