PT. Persadatama Lestari Coalmining is a coal mining company that located in West Kutai, East Kalimantan, and currently We're open for several positions ;

 

MINE PLAN SUPERVISOR (SITE)

Requirements 

• Must posses at least  Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mining Engineering or Geology. 
• Minimum 3 years of experience in coal mining as a Mineplan Supervisor. 
• Must possess a valid Class 2 Blasting Certificate (KJL2).
• POP/POM certification is preferred. 
• Strong understanding of mine planning processes (longterm and shorterm), mine design, scheduling, and reserve estimation. 
• Proficient in mining software such as Minescape, Surpac, Minex, etc. 
• Good knowledge of Indonesian mining, safety, and environmental regulations. 
• Have strong analytical thinking and leadership skills. 
• Willing to be placed in West Kutai, East Kalimantan (Roster 8:2)

 

MINE PLAN SUPERVISOR (HO)

Requirements 

• Must posses at least Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mining Engineering or Geology. 
• Minimum 3 years of working experience as a mineplan supervisor in coal mining industry. 
• Must possess a valid Class 2 Blasting Certificate (KJL2). 
• POP/POM certification is preferred. 
• Strong understanding of mine planning processes (longterm and shorterm), mine design, scheduling, and reserve estimation. 
• Proficient in mining software such as Minescape, Surpac, Minex, etc. 
• Good knowledge of Indonesian mining, safety, and environmental regulations.

MINE PLAN ENGINEER 

Requirements 

• Must posses at least Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mining Engineering or Geology.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience as a mine plan engineer in coal mining industry. 
• Have good communication, analytical thinking, and leadership skill. 
• Proficient using Minescape, Minex, and Spry.
• Having POP Certificate is mandatory 
• Candidate must good at planning and reporting . 
• Good knowledge of Indonesian mining, safety, environmental regulations. 
• Willing to be placed in West Kutai, East Kalimantan (Roster 8:2)

 

ENVIRONMENT OFFICER

Requirements 

• Must posses at least Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, or a related field. 
• Min 2 years working experience as an Environment Officer/HSE Officer in Mining Industry. 
• Good in waste management, Environment regulation 22, 2021 and reporting. 
• Have a good communication and problem solving skills. 
• Certification in POP, POBL, POPA, PLB3 is preferred. 
• Familiar with SIMPLE, PROPER, UKL UPL is a must. . 
• Willing to be placed in West Kutai, East Kalimantan (Roster 8:2)

 

SAFETY OFFICER

Requirements 

• Must posses at least Diploma or Bachelor Degree majoring Occupational Health and Safety/Mine Engineering/Public Health or relevant. 
• Min 2 years working experience as a Safety Officer/HSE Officer in Mining Industry. 
• Excellent in basic mining safety, safety inspection,  investigation, and reporting. 
• Have a good communication and problem solving skills. Having an AK3U, HACCP, HIRADC, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, SMK3 awareness (PP 50 of 2012) Certificates is preferred 
• Willing to be placed in West Kutai, East Kalimantan (Roster 8:2)

 

HIRING QC Officer

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must posses at least Bachelor degree majoring Geology/Mining Engineering.
• At least 2 years of working experience as a Coal Quality Officer in mining industry 
• Proficient in coal sampling theory, resource estimation, and mine reconciliation.
• Ability to operate mining application software (Minescape, Minex, or Spry) 
• Knowledgeable in quality control standards, inspection, evaluation, and testing methodologies in the mining industry 
• Understanding of mining safety regulations and standards 
• Having POP Certificate 
• Strong communication skills and analytical thinking 
• Experienced in blending plans based on sales forecasts, coal stock management, and port operations, along with pit and port sampling and Pre-Shipment Analysis (PSA) 
• Willing to be placed in West Kutai, East Kalimantan (Roster available)

 

Geotech Supervisor 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Bachelor's degree in Geology or Mining Engineering 
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Geotechnical Engineer or 2 years as a Geotechnical Supervisor in the coal mining industry.
• Expertise in developing, validating, and updating geotechnical models 
• Strong understanding of mine design, road  construction management, and URCI 
• Proficient in geotechnical data collection (surface mapping, core drilling) and analysis Skilled in mining software: Minescape, Slide/Phase2, GeoStudio Slope W, and Rockfall 
• Possess POP / POM Certificate 
• Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills 
• Knowledgeable in geotechnical analysis for LOM, staging plans, and high-risk activity management 
• Willing to travel if needed

 

Geotech Officer 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Must posses at least Bachelor's degree majoring Geology/Mining Engineering. 
• Have a minimum of 2 year working experiences as a Geotechnic Engineer in coal mining industry. 
• Competent in developing, validating, and updating geotechnical models. 
• Proficient in operating software such as Slide/Phase2, Minescape, GeoStudio Slope W, and Rockfall. 
• Possess POP/POM Certificate. 
• Good communication, coordination and analytical 
• Willing to be placed in West Kutai, East Kalimantan (Roster available)

 

Geologist Supervisor 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Must posses at least Bachelor's degree majoring Geology/Mining Engineering 
• Have a minimum of 3 years working experience as a Geologist 
• Experience in a Mining Consultant Industry is a good advantage. 
• Possess POP/POM Certificate 
• Proficient in operating mining software (Minescape, Minex, Spry) 
• Capable of conducting surface mapping and coal modelling 
• Excellent in reporting Have a good communication, analytical thinking, and leadership skills

 

Geologist Officer 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Must posses at leat Bachelor's degree majoring Geology/Mining Engineering 
• Have a minimum of 3 years working experience as a Geologist or Geotech ENgineer in coal mining industry 
• Possess POP Certificate 
• Proficient in operating mining software (Minescape, Minex, Spry), Drone. 
• Capable of conducting surface mapping and coal modelling 
• Excellent in reporting 
• Have a good communication, analytical thinking and leadership skills.
