Talent Acquisition Spv 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in and my heart seems like it's going to burst. Psychology 
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Recruitment or TA Supervisor in a holding company 
• Proficient in recruitment tools (Job Portals, ATS Screening, etc)
• Proficient in using Ms. Office (Word, Excel, etc) 
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Have a strong analytical thinking with attention to details 
• Willing to travel if needed 

 

People & OD Supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Possess Bachelor Degree in Psychology 
• Minimum 3 years experience in Organizational Development. 
• Strong knowledge of talent management, leadership development, and performance management. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
• Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to manage change and lead initiatives.
• Proficient in HRIS and learning, management systems.
• Willing to travel if needed

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree Psychology

• Experience in the Mining Industry or Holding Company is highly advantageous
• Experience with bejavioral and situational interviewing techniques 
• Proficiency in recruitment tools 
• Understanding of labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and employment 
• Excellent in communication, analytical thinking and interpersonal skills 
• Multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment 
• Able to work independently as part of a team

Finance Accounting & Tax Spv 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Min Bachelor Degree majoring Accounting 
• Min 3 years working experiences as a FAT Supervisor 
• Have a Mining industry background is a good advantage 
• Excellenct in Ms. Office and Accurate 
• Have a Tax Brevet A&B is preferred 
• Have a good communication, analytical thinking, and problem solving skill 
• Strong leadership skill 
• Willing to travel if needed

 

Finance Accounting & Tax Staff 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Must posses Bachelor Degree majoring Accounting 
• Min 2 years working experience in Finance Accounting and Tax 
• Have a good knowledge in basic accounting 
• Good in Ms. Office 
• Familiar in Accurate system 
• Willing to learn Curiousity 
• Have a good communication, analytical thinking, and attention to detail 
• Willing to travel if needed

 

Admin Project 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Possess Bachelor Degree from any major 
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in administratio 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
• Basic knowledge of mining operations is advantageous 
• Strong organizational and time management skills 
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently 
• Willing to travel if needed

 

Legal Corporate Action & Permit Sr. Staff 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Must possess Bachelor Degree in Law
• Minimum 3 years of experience in legal or regulatory compliance, preferably in mining industry. 
• Strong knowledge of mining laws, permits, and environmental regulations. 
• Excellent in legal drafting, legal reviewing, communication, negotiation and leadership skills. 
• Ability to analyze legal issues and advise senior management. 
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently. 
• Willing to travel if needed.

 

Legal Commercial Spv 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

Must possess Bachelor Degree in Law is a must • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in legal and commercial roles, preferably in mining and coal trading. • Strong knowledge of commercial and mining laws, contract management, and compliance. • Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills. • Strong problem-solving and risk management abilities. • Leadership skills and the ability to collaborate with various teams. • Willing to travel if needed.

 

HR Senior Staff 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Business Administration, or a related field. 
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience, especially in the mining industry.
• Strong expertise in recruitment, payroll, industrial relations (IR), and employee relations (ER). 
• Knowledge of labor laws, mining regulations, and government compliance. 
• Proven experience in employee dispute resolution, union relations, and conflict management. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS software. 
• Willing to travel and placed to our site location.

 

CDEA Officer 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Must possess Bachelor Degree from all major (Social, Communcation, Sociology, Etc). 
• Have experience implementing Community Development and Empowerement Programs. 
• Skilled in Social Mapping, Community Empowerement Strategies, Program Management, RIPPM and Conflict Resolution.
• Good communication, coordination, negotiation, and problem solving skills. 
• Have a good computer skills. 
• Willing to be placed in our site location.

 

Geologist Supervisor 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Must posses at least Bachelor's degree majoring Geology/Mining Engineering 
• Have a minimum of 3 years working experience as a Geologist 
• Experience in a Mining Consultant Industry is a good advantage. 
• Possess POP/POM Certificate 
• Proficient in operating mining software (Minescape, Minex, Spry) 
• Capable of conducting surface mapping and coal modelling 
• Excellent in reporting Have a good communication, analytical thinking, and leadership skills

 

Geologist Officer 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Must posses at leat Bachelor's degree majoring Geology/Mining Engineering 
• Have a minimum of 3 years working experience as a Geologist or Geotech Engineer in coal mining industry 
• Possess POP Certificate
• Proficient in operating mining software (Minescape, Minex, Spry), Drone. 
• Capable of conducting surface mapping and coal modelling 
• Excellent in reporting Have a good communication, analytical thinking and leadership skills.
