Husky-CNOOC Madura Limited is looking for highly experienced Indonesian professionals to join the team for this position:
Lead Officer Employee Relations
RESPONSIBILITY:
To implement or execute HR Strategies/Policies on employee and industrial matters, including the development of Company Regulation, establish communication strategies related to employee productivity, employee wellbeing-related activities (including Orsosbud), and maintain company's compliance to the related government regulation for the benefit of the company and the employees.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum bachelor's degree in law, human resources or any other relevant disciplines.
- Have a minimum of 6 years' experience in industrial relations.
- Having experience working in the oil and gas industry is preferable.
- Have experience in developing Company Regulation (PP).
- Have experience in handling grievances, disciplinary actions, workplace investigation and conflict resolution
- Having experience in managing LKS Bipartite or Union will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of employment laws, labor regulation and industrial relations framework and Competence researching labor laws or regulations.
- Knowledge of policy development, implementation, and compliance monitoring.
- Having BNSP Supervisor certification is an advantage.
- Having an Industrial Relations certification will be an advantage.
