HCBP Officer

Placement: Head Office, South Jakarta. 

This holding company oversees multiple business units in various sectors, including Logistics, Energy, Agroforestry, Technology & Services, Education, and Investment. The HCBP Officer will play a key role in aligning human capital strategies with the diverse needs of these industries.

Qualification: 

• Min. Bachelor majoring in Psychology, Human Resource Management or related fields with Min. GPA 3.00. 
• Min 1 year experience as HCBP in mining company (preferable).
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. 
• Strong analytical thinking, adaptable, willing to learn. 
• Strong in Ms Office (Excel & Power Point), Visio and data analysis. 
• Good oral and written communication. 
• Placement: Head Office, South Jakarta.

Job Description: 

• Align business objectives with HC Innitiatives to support growth and performance, also increasing effectiveness. 
• Align business challenges with HC Programs. 
• Monitor business performance and provide recommendation for HC Innitiatives. 
• Generate detailed periodic reports for management.
