Project Control Officer 

Location: Pani Gold Project

PT. Merdeka Mining Servis (Gorontalo) 

Project & Role Scope: 

The capital project cost is estimated at $240 million and involves significant processing plant OPP, ADR, Heap Leach, and non-processing infrastructure and will be followed by commissioning and production phase in early 2026. 

The role will report directly to Construction Manager Processing and be solely responsible for delivering project within the agreed budget and schedule. It will manage contractors which contracted EPCM firm, coordinate with stakeholder, and demonstrate visible leadership. 

Required Experience & Skills: 

1.  Bachelor Engineering Background 
2. Planning analysis for resources, equipment, materials 
3. Create and maintain project daily tracking 
4. Maintain project schedule 
5. Manage contractors claims and variations 
6. Familiar with ERP for cost control and forecasting 
7. Maintain and review the sequence of Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning, and other operations for control of critical path and overall project delivery 
8. Have good written and verbal communication skills, emotional intelligence, especially in a high-strung environment 
9. Progress reporting (S-curve, Earn Value, KPIs, Project Variance Analysis)
