IT Network & Infrastructure Supervisor

PT Merdeka Battery Materials Tbk is a holding company for a business group engaged in nickel and other mineral mining, processing, and other related activities that are vertically integrated with the strategic mineral value chain and We are looking for experienced and qualified talent to join one of our subsidiary PT Sulawesi Cahaya Mineral (SCM) for the following positions: 

IT Network & Infrastructure Supervisor 

Requirements:

1. Minimum D3/Bachelor Informatika/Telekomunikasi 
2. Have a minimum of 3-5 years work experience in the same position 
3. Have active English communication and writing skills. 
4. Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) 
5. Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) 
6. Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, etc.), routing, switching, and firewalls 
7. Knowledge of security principles, threat analysis, and risk mitigation techniques. 
8. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native technologies. 
9. Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell Bash) for automating tasks and managing infrastructure. 
10. Willing to be placed at the project location with a FIFO roster 42 active days: 14 days off Able to work at Konawe site, Southeast Sulawesi.

Key Roles: 

• Supervise and lead a team of network and infrastructure professionals, providing guidance, training, and support Oversee the design, configuration and deployment of network solutions, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs. 
• Monitor network performance, conduct troubleshooting, and resolve connectivity is sues. 
• Implement network upgrades and enhancements to meet changing business needs. 
• Ensure the availability, reliability, and scalability of infrastructure network resources. 
• Lead and manage IT infrastructure and network projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new implementations. 
• Maintain accurate documentation of network and infrastructure configurations, procedures, and policies.
