TEKNISI BUDIDAYA

Responsibilities

• Ensure team members follow and comply with shrimp farming SOPs.
• Work closely with the Farm Manager to report and resolve operational issues in shrimp farming activities.
• Collaborate with the Laboratory team to ensure water quality, disease management, and data accuracy are maintained within the required timeframe.

Requirements

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Fisheries.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in shrimp farming.
• Strong understanding of best practices in shrimp farming through proper SOP implementation.
• Willing to reside at the farm location in Bima, West Nusa Tenggara, during the cultivation process.

 

ASISTEN TEKNISI

Responsibilities

• Report all technical and non-technical issues during the shrimp farming cycle to the Technician.
• Ensure the accuracy of all pond treatments, including the type of chemicals used, dosage, and frequency.
• Manage and enforce compliance with SOPs for all Pond Operators (Feeders).
• Ensure daily reports are submitted accurately and on time.

Requirements

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Fisheries.
• Knowledge of aquaculture, specifically shrimp farming.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field.
• Willing to reside at the farm location in Sampungu, Soromandi, Bima, West Nusa Tenggara, during the cultivation process.

 

OPERATIONAL ADMIN

Responsibilities

• Support daily administrative tasks related to shrimp cultivation and sales operations.
• Maintain and update production records, inventory logs, and operational reports.
• Ensure all operational data and documents are properly recorded and filed.
• Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.

Requirements

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Business Administration,
• Management, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in aquaculture, agriculture, or food-related industries.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and administrative software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.

 

FINANCE ADMIN

Responsibilities

• Track and monitor the progress of financial and accounting objectives.
• Organize financial data into structured, usable information and maintain updated records.
• Manage month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
• Assist in regular tax audits and ensure compliance with tax regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Minimum of 1 year of work experience in accounting.
• Experience in the aquaculture industry is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, analytical thinking, and administrative skills.
• Detail-oriented, focused, and conscientious.
• Willing to be based in Bima, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB).

 

WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, storage, and distribution of materials.
• Ensure the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods to support shrimp farming and sales operations.
• Monitor stock levels and conduct regular stock-taking to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure proper handling and documentation of inventory.

Requirements

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Logistics, Supply Chain
• Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in warehouse supervision, preferably in aquaculture, agriculture, or food production industries.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, warehousing, and logistics operations.\
• Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications.

 

MECHANIC ELECTRIC TAMBAK

Responsibilities

• Understand and troubleshoot electrical networks.
• Maintain and repair paddlewheels, ensuring optimal operation.
• Operate and troubleshoot generator sets (gensets) efficiently.
• Perform dynamo rewinding for paddlewheels.
• Oversee electrical and paddlewheel operations in shrimp farming activities.

Requirements

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, paddlewheel operations, pumps, and gensets in shrimp farming operations.
• Adaptable, communicative, diligent, and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to reside at the farm location in Sampungu, Soromandi,
• Bima, West Nusa Tenggara, during the cultivation process.
