Project Control Superintendent

Location: Pani Gold Project - PT. Merdeka Mining Servis (Gorontalo) 

Project & Role Scope:

• Pani Project involves significant processing plant OPP, ADR, Heap Leach, and non-processing infrastructure and will be followed by commissioning and production phase in end of 2025. 
• The role will report directly to Project Control Manager and be solely responsible for delivering project within the agreed budget and schedule. It will manage contractors which contracted EPCM firm, coordinate with stakeholder, and demonstrate visible leadership. 

Required Experience & Skills: 

1. Male / Female, maximum 45 years 
2. Formal Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering 
3. Fluent in English communication skills 
4. Create and maintain project master time schedule (using Primavera P6) 
5. Planning analysis for resources, equipment, materials 
6. Responsible for the direction and delivery of project planning outcomes within schedule, cost, quality and safety for the project 
7. Controlling regular monthly reports, reviews of projects cost performance, and forecasting analysis for project cost reports, familiar with ERP 
8. Manage contractors claims and variations 
9. Maintain and review the sequence of Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning, and other operations for control of critical path and overall project delivery 
10. Analyze current and potential factors that could impact the schedule, evaluate recovery and improvement strategies, and assess necessary schedule revisions to accommodate unforeseen conditions 
11. Have good written and verbal communication skills, emotional intelligence, especially in a high-strung environment 
12. Progress reporting (S-curve, Earn Value, KPIs, Project Variance Analysis
