Lowongan Kerja Processing Maintenance Manager - Pani Gold Project

Pani Gold Project is hiring for highly qualified candidates for Processing Maintenance Manager. This position is site based with 4 week on: 2 week off roster.

Processing Maintenance Manager 

Responsibilities: 

• Lead and supervise the maintenance team in executing daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance schedules. 
• Ensure all maintenance operations are performed in compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies.
• Optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime through regular inspections, diagnostics, and adjustments. 
• Coordinate with the operations and engineering teams to implement improvements and modifications to the processing plant. 
• Ensure the availability of critical spares and manage inventory to avoid interruptions in plant operations. 
• Monitor and control maintenance costs while ensuring maximum efficiency of resources. 
• Drive culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices in maintenance strategies. 
• Prepare and submit detailed reports on maintenance activities, performance metrics, and incidents to Site senior management. 
• Develop and manage maintenance budgets and expenditures. 
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to maintenance efficiency, equipment uptime, and cost control.
• Ensure proper documentation and records of maintenance activities, including compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. 
• Coordinate with external contractors and suppliers for specialized maintenance services and parts procurement. 
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training for the maintenance team to ensure high performance and skill development. 
• Implement and monitor preventive and predictive maintenance schedules. 
• Investigate and resolve any equipment failures or malfunctions, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions. 
• Comply and implement the safety, health, and environment as per the company guidelines and prevailing law and regulation as per ISO 14001 (Environment Management System) and 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety System) in maintaining a safe working environment.
• Responsible for fostering a workplace culture that upholds sustainability, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and respect for human rights. 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. 
• Proven experience (15 years) in maintenance management within the mining or industrial processing sector. 
• Experience with maintenance management systems. 
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems in processing plants. 
• Familiarity with industry safety standards and regulatory requirements.
