Senior Civil Structure Engineer 

Location: Pani Gold Project - PT. Merdeka Mining Servis (Gorontalo) 

Project Role Scope: 

The capital project cost is estimated at $240 million and involves significant processing plant OPP, ADR, Heap Leach, and non-processing infrastructure and will be followed by commissioning and production phase in early 2026. 

The role will report directly to Construction Manager Processing and be solely responsible for delivering project within the agreed budget and schedule. It will manage contractors which contracted EPCM firm, coordinate with stakeholder, and demonstrate visible leadership. 

Required Experience & Skills: 

1. Technical background and direct construction experience in processing and complex project of gold mining and oil gas industry with minimum Tier 1 EPC contractor. 
2. POM certified and involved in ISO and SMKP audit process according to regulation ESDM KepMen 1827 and Minerba KepDirjen 185 associate to safety aspect. 
3. Hold an expertise certificate (SKA) relate to civil structure building design and construction. 
4. Experienced in road geometry design, pavement, drainage, construction detail & method, specification, and geotechnical aspect. 
5. Strong experience and understanding both in engineering and quality areas such as design & ITP process. 
6. Good understanding of Indonesian code SNI and international code such as AS, ACI, ASCE, ASTM, API, etc. 
7. Direct experience in managing construction contractors and EPCM firms.
8. Evidence of successfully delivering fully commissioned operating project
9. Proficient in contract negotiation and management. 
10. A collaborative approach across functions within Pani Gold or Merdeka.
11. Fluent in English communication skills and advance level of discipline.
