CSR SUPERINTENDENT (SITE)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs aligned with company policies and local community needs. Build and maintain positive relationships with local communities, government authorities, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct social impact assessments and develop strategies to mitigate any negative effects of mining operations.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of CSR initiatives, including budget management and impact assessment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Community Development, Public Relations, Environmental Studies, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in CSR roles, preferably in the mining or extractive industries.
  • Strong knowledge of government regulations and industry standards related to CSR and community engagement.

 

POST MINING SPV (SITE)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for livestock farming.
  • Prepare regular reports, monitor farming programs, and create budget estimates (RAB).
  • Develop work schedules, provide direction, and supervise the farm team.
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of farm operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in Animal Husbandry. Experience in livestock farming.
  • Willing to be assigned to North Kalimantan under a roster system

 

GENERAL AFFAIR OFFICER

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic planning for office asset and facility maintenance.
  • Manage and coordinate team schedules, arrange meetings, and handle travel bookings.
  • Supervise Front Office, Office Boys/Service Team, and overall office operations.
  • Assist in preparing routine reports, reconciling expense reports, and ensuring timely submissions.
  • Support the team in organizing events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in Management, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

 

FINANCE SPV (SITE)

Responsibilities

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports using Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Cash Flow applications.
  • Manage and oversee cash inflows and outflows (cash in & cash out).
  • Develop and ensure the accuracy of profit and loss reports.
  • Prepare and submit tax reports in compliance with regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in using Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Cash Flow applications.
  • Strong knowledge of finance and accounting, including invoicing, journal entries, taxation, and financial reporting

 

PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT SPV

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement people development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Use data-driven methods to assess training needs and measure the effectiveness of development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with talent management and other departments to identify skill gaps and create targeted training solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, talent management, or people development.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision- making.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Certified People Development Professional (CPDP) certification is a plus.

 

PURCHASING OFFICER

Responsibilities:

  • Procure goods and services according to company needs.
  • Negotiate with vendors to secure the best prices and terms.
  • Analyze material requirements and prepare purchase reports.

Requirements

  • Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related role.
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Flexible and adaptable to working on multiple projects and following a roster schedule.

 

FINANCE PLANNING & ANALYST

Responsibilities

  • Analyze market trends, the competitive landscape, and economic conditions to support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain advanced financial models to evaluate potential investments, mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.
  • Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to assess the financial impact of business decisions.
  • Examine financial statements, historical performance, and future projections of target companies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, business development, investment banking, or corporate finance.
  • Proficient in financial analysis tools and software, including Excel and financial modeling applications.

 

ACCOUNTING OFFICER

Responsibilities

  • Identify and mitigate tax risks to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Calculate VAT and Withholding Tax (WHT) on relevant invoices and maintain accurate records of tax payments.
  • Manage and operate accounting and tax software, including Accurate, E-Faktur, and Unifikasi.
  • Perform reconciliations between the general ledger (GL) and tax obligations (PPh 21, 23, 4(2)).
  • Conduct tax equalization and prepare tax reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Minimum of 4 years of experience in taxation or accounting. Prior experience in the mining industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and analytical skills. Detail-oriented, focused, and highly conscientious

 

FINANCE OFFICER

Responsibilities

  • Verify the completeness of invoices, including required documents and approvals.
  • Prepare payment and bank receipt vouchers.
  • Review bank statements daily or whenever a payment is made.
  • Record journal transactions, generate financial reports, and perform bank reconciliations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in using Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Cash Flow applications.
  • Strong knowledge of finance and accounting, including invoicing, journal entries, taxation, and financial reporting.

 

TAX OFFICER

Responsibilities

  • Prepare tax and financial statements as required.
  • Identify and mitigate tax risks to ensure compliance.
  • Provide comprehensive tax services in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Develop innovative tax planning strategies and review complex tax returns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in taxation or accounting.
  • Holding a Brevet certification is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, analytical thinking, and administrative skills.
  • Detail-oriented, focused, and highly conscientious

 

RISK MANAGEMENT JR. OFFICER

Responsibilities

  • Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations' effectiveness.
  • Determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans.
  • Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity,
  • Legality and goal achievement.
  • Document process and prepare audit findings memorandum.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or Accounting, with experience in risk management within a mining company.
  • Experience in investment banking is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of ISO 31000:2009 Risk Management System.
  • Experience in handling company policies and regulations.
  • Detail-oriented and highly focused.
  • Willing to travel for business trips to project sites.
