1. Mineplan Supervisor

Qualifications :

1. Must posses at least Bachelor degree majoring Geology/Mining Engineering.
2. Min 2 years working experience as Mine Plan Supervisor or 4 years .
3. Experience in preparing a longterm and shorterm of mine planning and also reporting.
4. Have a good communication, analytical thinking skills.
5. Having ability to operate Mine Application Software (Minescape, Minex, Spry) and Ms. Office.
6. Having a POP Certificate is preferred.

2. Geologist Supervisor

Qualifications :

1. Must posses at least Bachelor’s degree majoring Geology/Mining Engineering.
2. Have a minimum of 3 years working experience as a Geologist Engineer or 2 years as a Geologist Supervisor in coal mining industry.
3. Possess POP/POM Certificate.
4. Proficient in operating mining software (Minescape, Minex, Spry).
5. Capable of conducting surface mapping and coal modelling.
6. Excellent in reporting Have a good communication, analytical thinking and leadership skills.

3. Safety Officer

Qualifications :

1. Must posses at least Diploma or Bachelor Degree majoring OHS/Mine Engineering or relevant.
2. Min 2 years working experience as a Safety Officer/HSE Officer in Mining Industry.
3. Excellent in basic mining safety, safety inspection, investigation, and reporting.
4. Have a good communication and problem solving skills.
5. Having an AK3U Certificate is preferred.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor degree from any major
2. Min 2 years experience as an HR Officer in Mining Industry
3. Have a good communication and problem solving skills
4. Skilled in Recruitment, HR Administration, Industrial Relations and Employee Relations
5. Have a good knowledge about Indonesia Labour Law Regulation
6. Excellent in Ms. Office

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor degree majoring Law
2. Min 2 years experience as a Legal Officer
3. Have a good communication, analytical thinking and problem solving skills
4. Skilled in legal drafting, negotiation, manage a good relationship with external parties

Qualifications :

1. Graduated with a minimum of a Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering/Geology/Chemistry
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in the same field
3. Capable of managing sample analyst contractors to achieve target safety, quality, and production smoothness
4. Capable of managing database quality control
5. Experienced in managing teams in the process of coal getting, coal loading, and coal transportation from ROM to buyer
6. Capable of actively coordinating with the receiving team at the buyer, sample contractor, and coal delivery transporter
7. Holds POP certification
8. Additional value if able to operate mining software (Minescape)

7. HR Supervisor

Qualifications :

1. Must posses at least Bachelor degree majoring Psychology/ Economic/Management.
2. Have 2 years working experiences as an HR Supervisor especially in mining industry
3. Have a good knowledge and well experience in Payroll (Salary calculation, BPJS, PPh21), End to End Recruitment, Job Evaluation, HR policies and labor laws related to compensation and benefits.
4. Have a good communication, leadership and analytical thinking skill
5. Excellent at Ms. Office and familiar with HRIS
6. Willing to travel if needed
