PT Harapan Abadi Lestari (PT HAL), is a Manpower Services Company. Currently, PT HAL is looking for a proficient

and highly motivated individual to fill the following position for the Aerated Drilling Service Unit on one of the

Geothermal Project at Sumatera:

 

Air Drilling Operator

Location : Mandailing Natal, North Sumatera

Vacancy : 1 (one) position

Job Description:

1. Establish Aerated Drilling Operations at the rig site;
2. Identify and Perform Aerated Drilling material consumables and stocking;
3. Perform proper preventive maintenance, repair, and maintain equipment;
4. Provide regular Aerated Drilling Operations.

Job Specification :

1. Education background minimum High School / Diploma;
2. Having a minimum of 3 years of experience as an Aerated Drilling Operator, preferably experience in a Drilling Service Company at Geothermal Project, and/or oil & gas;
3. A deep understanding of Aerated Drilling Equipment;
4. Adequate understanding of the operation of volume compressor unit;
5. High commitment to safety & environment;
6. Good communication skills and interpersonal skills;
7. High motivation, good teamwork, and ability to work independently;
8. Willing to be located at Mandailing Natal, North Sumatera on Roster Schedule.
