Currently we are seeking suitable candidates in Mining Dept. as a

Mine Trainer (Code: MT)

Overview:

The role is responsible for the direct training, competency and compliance of each operator and trainee of Mine Apprenticeship Program in the Mining Department. He/She is accountable to deliver the required training and hands on mentoring to ensure Mining Department maintain a safe, productive and cost efficient work environment always.

Requirements:

• Min. educational background: High School..
• Have min. 10 years of work experience in open pit operations from reputed mining company and min.4 years as Mine Trainer.
• Hold: POP, TOT, Sim B2 Umum, and some related certification.
• Proficient to operate various mine heavy equipment.
• Suitted to plan and manage training program, also have experience handling green training program.
• Effective communicator, up. down, and across the organization.
• Well presentation and familiar to compose reports.
• Willing to be placed in Wetar, Maluku with roster 4 weeks on-site and 2 weeks off (leave will be fully accomodated to PoH).
