Agronomy Manager

Job description:

1. Drive the overall strategic plan related to the research and development process to ensure timely implementation.
2. Ensure departmental operations are in full compliance with all industry regulations and laws and research and development operating practices.
3. Plan quality assurance procedures for activities or FFB/CPO/Kernel products and design sample procedures and instructions for recording and reporting quality data.
4. Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues related to FFB, CPO or kernel quality.

Qualification:

• Minimum education S1 Agriculture/Agronomy/Agricultural Technology.
• Minimum 5 years experience in the same position.
• Has experience in the field of research and sampling of leaves and soil as well as integrated pest control.
• Have a good understanding of the technical culture of oil palm starting from Land Clearing, Nurseries, New Development, Plant Care and Harvesting.
• Able to plan and execute it well.
• Have the skills to establish business cooperation to support the organization's business strategy.
