About MAKMUR LESTARI PRIMATAMA;

PT, MAKMUR LESTARI PRIMATAMA {MLP) was established in Jakarta on September 12, 2006 with deed No.01 of 2006 before Notary Wiwiek Widjayanti SH. Since its establisment MLP has consistently advanced and developed its business activities in mineral mining sector, especially nickel ore mining. On 2007, MLP obtained the Exploration Mining Permit from Konawe Regent Southeast Sulawesi, it also follows by Production Operation Mining Permit (1UP) which got by the Company in 2009. Aer passing moratorium, MLP got a clear and clean {UP through North Konawe Regent Decree No. 407 which has 407 Ha large. in 2015, The Director General of Mineral and Coal affirmed such (UP with a Clear and Clean certificate stipulating that MLP’s [UP did not overlap with other companies’ IUPs.

PT. Makmur Lestari Primatama is own by PT Okta Bu mi Pertiwi as a bigest shareowner by acquisitioning Rp9.000.000.000,- shares septal of the Company from focal bussiness partner in 2014, tn 2016 Yuanda Ventures Limited (Foreigner Investor) bought 49% shares of the Company. and soon after that the Shareowners agreed to increase authorize capital to 50 Billion with issued capital of Rp 35 Billion or 350.000 shares for Ro100.000 per share. Since the presence of foreign investors, MLP began conducting Production Operations since the end of the fourth quarter of 2017 until now.

Get to know the ROLE;

• You will be assisting Operations Manager to ensure smooth operation of mining operation industry and You are expected to be familiar with the key operational metrics as well as all the tools and dashboards available within the company
• The day-to-day activities:
• Perform various analysis on a daily basis, using algorithm identify and develop optimum strategies internal as well as external data when available
• Analysis issues into optimum result, focusing on industry market and overall macroeconomics trends to give forecasting insight. And short term, focusing on relevant data to provide insight for more immediate dedsions.
• Monitor key operational metrics and advise relevant managers on action items by presenting data analysis that is easily digestible
• Identify on-ground issues and come up with actionable solutions
• Self starter with strong project management skill to follow through execution.

The must haves:

1. Advanced Data crunching skill is very crucial hence and required
2. Analytical skill (ability to draw insights from data crunching) will be imperative
3. A Bachelor's degree in Economics or Computer Science or Mathematics
4. Advanced skill in tools
5. Minimum 3+ years relevant work experience as data scientist / analysts or similar role (A) and Fresh Graduate (B)
6. Experience in business growth/strategy; tech consulting Industry, or startup preferred
7. Working location based in Central Jakarta

 

HSE SUPERVISOR

Your ROLE;

• Bertanggung jawab dalam prosedur K3 dan standard K3 untuk di terapkan di lapangan.
• Berkoordianasi dengan seluruh pihak agak prosedur dan standard K3 dapat berjalan dengan baik
• Bertanggung jawab terhadap proses rekiamasi dan regulasinya serta Pelapocannya
• Membuatlaporan K3L sesuai ketentuan dan prosedur (laporan harian, mingguan & bulanan).
• Membuat dan menyelenggarakan program pelatihan K3L yang akan meningkatkan kecakapan dan kesadaran HSE.
• Mengkoordinir dan melaksanakan penanganan kecelakaan kerja dan maupun keadaan darurat lainnya dilapangan (bencana).
• Menyusun rencana budgeting HSE serta mengawasi budgeting HSE
• Membuat dan menganaiisis laporan data statistik kecelakaan kerja.
• Memiliki kemampuan baik dalam melakukan Inspeksi, Internal Audit SMKP dan Reklamasi

Requirement ;

• Kandidat harus memiliki gelar SarjanaTehnik {Lingkungan/Kesehatan/Keselamatan) atau setara
• Memiliki pengalaman di bidang yang sama minimal 3 tahun (mining nickel}
• Mampu bekerja secara mandiri dan multitasking dalam lingkungan yang serba cepat
• Memiliki Keterampilan komunikasi dan interpersonal yang kuat dan mampu menunjukkan kemampuan untuk bekerja di bawah inisiatif sendiri
• Memiliki kemampuan Leadership yang kuat dalam mengelola team
• Memiliki sertifikat Ahli K3 umum yang masih aktif, sertifikat SMKP yang Teregister, Sertifikat POP dan Pengetahuan yang mendalam dalam Sistem
• Manajeren HSE (SMK3 dan ISO 45001)
• Penempatan di site Molore, Konawe Utara Sulawesi Tenggara
