IT Operation Project Supervisor (Jakarta)

Job Description:

• Provide technical assistance to all users who experienced problems
• Monitor the network, ensuring all existing computer connected to the network
• Administration and installation of software required user and conformed to the existing license
• Ensure and monitoring all network Hardware and connection/ link / VPN / internet
• Perform network administration, both LAN and WAN. This includes the process of backup, security settings, windows user account settings and email, internet access, office applications and other supporting applications
• Maintain server on local and cloud, all license (cloud / office 365 / etc), include configuration
• Designing network structure
• Administration and installation of anti-virus for all servers and computers connected to the existing network

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
• Strong expertise with Computers, Networking, Microsoft Windows, Troubleshoot computer
• Good understanding of Microsoft Windows server, Domain Controller, File Server, Mail Server, Anti Virus Server, Print Server, Wsus, VM, cloud , Internet Proxy and Firewall
• Capable of performing a Windows-based operating system installation
• Able to provide basic computer training to the user
• Being able to keep up with technology and apply it in accordance with the company's development
• Able to complete the work on time, result-orientated
