DEPUTY EXPLORATION MANAGER (CODE: GS-DEM)

PT Puncak Emas Tani Sejahtera is a subsidiary of PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk, engaged in gold mine exploration.

Deputy Exploration Manager is responsible to assisting Exploration Manager for implementing all exploration planning including field exploration activities required for surface and resource and reserve drill programs. The deputy exploration manager will provide training, and mentor Geologists and field staffin geological mapping, drill hole logging, geological / geochemical / geophysical interpretation and exploration techniques and methods.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum BSc qualifications in Geology, MSc preferred.
• Over 12 years exploration experience in epithermal gold, porphyry copper gold, sediment hosted gold and VMS deposits.
• Demonstrated leadership and general management capability.
• Core geological / exploration skills for the technical and commercial assessment and management of exploration advanced projects and feasibility studies.
• Highly developed leadership and communication skills and be able to develop and maintain effective working relationships.
• Ability to act as Competent Person for Exploration activities as defined by JORC / KCMI.
• Broad based knowledge and understanding of mining operations, gold, and copper processing technology.
• Strong mentoring and training skills.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Willing to work onsite with designated working roster and working hour in a mining company.
