PT Agincourt Resources (PTAR) is a mining company based in Indonesia that is engaged in the exploration, mining, and processing of gold and silver. The only place of operation is at the Martabe Gold Mine in North Sumatra. Company functions are managed from Jakarta. Mineral Resources as of June 2021, reached 7.5 million ounces of gold and 72 million ounces of silver. Production began at Martabe on 24 July 2012, with the operating capacity of the Martabe Gold Mine exceeding 6 million tonnes of ore per year to produce more than 274,000 ounces of gold and 1.35 million ounces of silver per year.
PTAR employs more than 3,000 employees and contractors, over 99% of whom are Indonesian nationals, and more than 70% of whom are recruited from local residents. The majority shareholder in PTAR is PT Danusa Tambang Nusantara, which is owned by PT United Tractors, Tbk (60%) and PT Pamapersada Nusantara (40%), with a total share of 95%. PT United Tractors Tbk is a public company whose shares are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and is also a subsidiary of PT Astra International Tbk. PT United Tractors, Tbk’s share ownership consists of 59.50 by PT Astra International Tbk and 40.50% by the public. PT. Pamapersada Nusantara is 99.9% owned by PT United Tractors, Tbk. 5% of the Company’s shares are owned by PT Artha Nugraha Agung which is jointly owned by PT Pembangunan Prasarana Sumatera Utara with 30% and PT Tapanuli Selatan Membangun with 70%. To strengthen the existing Camp Services team and to ensure the achievement of the department objectives, the Martabe Gold Mine is looking for a candidate to fill the role:
MANAGER - CAMP SERVICES (CS 2204037)
This position will be based at the Martabe Site in Camp Services Department, and reports directly to the Senior Manager – Human Capital Development.
The Role of the Manager - Camp Services is to:
- Manage and lead Camp Services department to deliver services related to camp accommodation arrangement, housekeeping & janitorial services, catering services, transport services and travel arrangements for Camp Residents, all PTAR employees as well as for contractors at Martabe Gold Mine.
- Prepare and manage operating and capital expenditure budget of Camp Services Department.
- Manage operational of recreation facilities such as gym area, sports facilities, bar & karaoke room and manage recreational events and functions at the camp.
- Manage Camp Services provider’s performance to be consistently in line with the scope of works, monitoring and controlling commercial things as per schedule rate and ensure the contractors follow safety and operational procedures set up by PTAR.
- Develop and maintain manuals, and standard operational procedures (SOPs) within the department.
- Manage domestic waste disposal.
Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Hospitality, Facility Management or another relevant field.
- Having relevant professional qualifications (e.g. Certified Facility Management) will be an advantage.
- Desirable has POP certification and POM certification.
- Familiar with facility services at the mine site.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in managing mine site facilities such as camp and catering operations, travel and transport services, recreational facilities operations, and waste disposal management.
- Have strong leadership and have the ability to train and develop his/her organization.
- Good understanding of department operational expenditure and capital expenditure management.
- The computer is literate with excellent Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking.
- Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written, good stakeholder
- engagement skills and customer service oriented.
- Strong contract management skills, ability to competently manage the contractor and
- ensure compliance to the scope of works and commercial schedule.

SENIOR DOCUMENT CONTROLLER (MPDE 2204033)
This position will be based at the Martabe Site in Martabe Project Development Execution Department, and reports directly to Senior Manager - Project.
The Role of the Senior Document Controller is to ensure company documentation is maintained in accordance with, the associated document control protocols and procedures, as well as, a wide range of support activities. This role requires a high level of integrity and honesty, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate with people from other departments and Senior Management. This role often involves working to deadlines and close coordination with department representatives.
Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field; Desirable Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
- Minimum three years experience in manual and electronic document Control.
- Ability to consistently conduct document control and administration duties in accordance with the defined Protocols.
- Possess intermediate Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
- Possess good written and verbal skills In English and Bahasa Indonesian.

SUPERINTENDENT – CONTRACTS AND PROCUREMENT (MPDE 2204034)
This position will be based at Martabe Site in Martabe Project Development Execution Department, and
reports directly to Senior Manager - Project.
The Role of Superintendent – Contracts and Procurement are to:
- Conduct contract development, contract monitoring, contract administration and compliance.
- Prequalification of suppliers and tender document preparation.
- Commercial evaluation of tenders and preparation of evaluation summaries.
- Tender clarifications.
- Recommendations for the award, awarding and conforming of contracts.
- Administration of contract through to practical completion and closeout.
- Preparation of Procurement Plan and scoping sourcing, and ordering project related equipment and materials.
- Ensure a consistent, integrated, and reliable approach is applied to contracts and procurement processes.
- Delivering accurate and insightful reporting.
- Liaison with suppliers of goods and equipment and construction contractors for projects.
- Setting up systems to record all interactions, variations, reporting, cost control, contract assembly, and administration.
- Contribute to scopes of work, tender packages, tender evaluations, and project management tools to ensure that the company is financially and legally protected while achieving optimal value on project expenditure.
- Contribute to project reporting inclusive of contractor progress, delays and opportunities, scope changes, and all potential contract variations.
- This role will be all Contracts and Procurement related to Martabe Projects which can vary greatly in scope of work, criticality, and value and risk profile. All of these contracts no matter the size, complexity, and value contribute to the successful operation of the Martabe Gold Mine.

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business, law, engineering or equivalent.

- Have a minimum of 12 years or more Contracts Administration experience in mining, mineral processing or heavy industry.

SUPERVISOR – STAKEHOLDER RELATIONS (SR 2204038)
This position will be based at the Martabe Site in Stakeholder Relations Department, and reports directly to the Superintendent – Stakeholder Relations.
The Role of Supervisor–Stakeholder Relations is to assist the Superintendent - Stakeholder Relations in developing strategic communication with all PTAR Stakeholders. This includes the government, members of parliament, NGOs, Academics, media, and the community. The Supervisor - Stakeholder Relations will demonstrate leadership in the stakeholder relations department in:
- Build, establish and maintain good, professional relationships with members of the local parliament. (Most parliament members used NGOs to gather information related to any issue that attract them for their benefit)
- Develop political maps that assist in understanding the situation in South Tapanuli, North Sumatra that could have impacts on PT AR operations.
- Lobby specific issues as required.
- Participated in various forums involving Government, NGOs, Academics, and Industry.
- Being a bridge of communication between the company with external parties (NGOs, academics, students, politicians, etc.)
- Organizes and is responsible for the delivery of information, either orally, or in writing, via a visual display to the public.
- Monitor, record, and evaluate responses and public opinion. About what? issues related to the Martabe gold mine, issues of environmental pollution, corporate policy towards community empowerment and others, that spreads among student activists and NGOs.
- Improve the image of the company (related to what?) image of the company as a world-class company that has the best management in mining and the best management in the management of the environment should remain in the voice among activists, students, and NGOs.
- Social responsibility, which is instrumental to the Public Relations responsible for all the groups that are entitled to such responsibilities.
- Implement reciprocal persuasive communication to stakeholders (like what?) (approach and dialogue to activists, students, and NGOs and sharing about the Martabe gold mine project).
- Responsible to build and implement strategies to anticipate important issues (what kind of issues?): Issues related to nature conservation that could impact the company.
- Responsible for managing and implementing MOUs with universities.
Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Majoring in Social or Political or Mass Communication.
- Preferably have an undergraduate degree and at least 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.
- Have leadership and influential team-building skills.
- Know the applicable regulations of the Republic of Indonesia especially related to Environmental Law and Regulations.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and software.
- Experience in working with international NGOs.
- Able to have written and oral communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to write in a variety of formats and demonstrated ability to communicate with confidence in public forums.
- Experienced in carrying out animal protection conservation programs are protected.
- Desirable have awareness of PT AR policies & procedures.
