[Placement : South Jakarta - TB Simatupang]

Requirements :

1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree of Psychology/Management of Human Resources is preferred.
2. Minimum 2 years experiences in similar role.
3. Familiar with talent mapping process, talent assessment, talent development, retention program and succession plan.
4. Excel in making presentations, data processing & analysis.
5. Communicative, collaborative and proactive.

Responsibilities :

1. Engage in developing talent management best practices, including : Talent management approach, methodology & procedure that fit to the organization's needs, talent assessment tools, talent development & retention program and succession planning program. 
2. Responsible for carrying out talent management activities, such as : Conduct talent assessments, provides talent mapping recommendations, and conduct talent comittee meetings.
