We looking for candidates for becoming our valuable team member.

This person will manage our future workforce program under Training Department.

The candidates that we are looking for is the person that has experiences in implementing competency based training espescially in Mechanical or electrical area.

The candidate should posses minimum S1 degree and having good english communication and computer skills.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years experiences in managing apprenticeship or similar program.

The candidate should have high Change, mental, people, learning and result Agilities.
