Manager - Contract Management System

Responsibilities :

• To ensure the whole contract management system are well implemented, maintained and met company’s standard operational procedure.
• To manage and review the preparation of draft policies, procedures and other documents related to the development of contract management system such as: contract templates, template of tender packages, supplier selection, supplier evaluation, contract forms.
• To prepare contract drafting for commodities such as supplies, VHS, FMC/MARC, logistics, constructions, refineries, refinery surveyor reports, EPCM, consultants, including negotiating contract terms.
• To monitor and ensure all critical contracts commodity are available prior to the expiry date and/or order.
• Liaise and coordinate the contract terms with legal team and ensure the terms are comply with Mining Environmental and Safety (MES) and company policies and procedures including not limited to government regulations/applicable laws.
• To monitor completion time of contract process, contract expiration date, structured filing system and contract list.
• To monitor and update the contracting components of the contracts administration systems, online contracts request system, and related data and reporting system.
• To monitor supplier selection activities including its registration into the system.
• To monitor the supplier evaluation activities including its evaluation result to the contractual terms.

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree of all majoring with related experiences.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of legal terminology.
• Deep understanding of contract business model and its purpose, contractual language and terms, and contract lifecycle.
• Critical thinking skills, ability to research and understand on legal and financial implications.
• Possesses superior organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects with shifting deadlines.
• identifying and resolving contract risks and issues.
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in mining industry and related field are required.
