We are currently looking for qualified candidates to fill the following role for our mining operations located in North Sulawesi :
Manager - Mine Engineering
Responsibilities :
- Accountable to ensure that the site mining operations are planned and scheduled in a manner that maximizes the value of resource whilst considering safety, business and technical risk and market demand. Included is the responsibility for the safe, environmental, efficient and cost effective operation of the Mine Engineering Department while creating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- To manage the mine engineering works such as; mine design optimization, pit & waste dump design, short and medium term planning and scheduling, cut off grade optimization, haul road design and other related tasks
- To manage all mine engineering standards including Technical, Operation and EHS aspects applicable within site area and create innovation in practices to resolve unpredicted issues, for example dynamic leach pad
- To integrate all areas (mine engineering, metallurgy, water management and mine geology) and aligning with the business results
- To develop annual production budget and its operating & capital budgets for mining, material treatments and other related costs
- To perform the quarterly re?forecast production plan and technical risk management to ensure the achievement of targe
- To develop and prepare regular weekly and monthly reports including stockpile balance
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree in Mine Engineering with related experiences
- Technically strong in Mine Planning, Scheduling and Pit Design
- Strong knowledge in the Whittle 4.x, XPAC and Surpac 6.x
- Visible leadership in Safety, Environmental and Social Responsibility
- Demonstrate strong Interpersonal, Impact, Influence and Presentation Skills
- Strong Analytical Thinking, Problem-Solving Skills and Meticulous
- Ability to work as part of a team and on-own initiative
- More than 10 years of experience in Gold Mine Engineering / Operations (> 5 years in managerial role)
