People & Corporate Culture Management (Minergynews PCM HC ITM)

Job Responsible :

• Aligning the Corporate Culture and People Management Program to ensure the effectiveness of each program in addressing company's business objectives.
• Develop programs to embed Banpu Heart into Corporate Culture as well as managing its execution.
• Develop and execute programs to nurture and share knowledge in the organization.
• Provide the advisory to management by developing the corporate culture strategy and roadmap by analyzing the data from survey result and input from employees.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree of Human Resources, Communication or Business Management.
• More than 5 years of experiences in related field.
• Good teamwork and co-operation, communication, and presentation.
• Good in English communication with high proficiency and fluently

Coal Blending & Inventory Planning Analyst (Minergynews CB IPA ITM)

Job Responsible :

• Created Coal Blending Optimization Plan of ITM’s Shipment with minimizing all costs.
• Enhance of planning, integration, and coordination of ITM’s Coal Supply Chain in daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
• Analyst data of ITM’s Coal Production plan (Coal Supply) in both of quantity and quality meet to Sales Plan (Coal Demand).
• Pit to vessel Management.
• Ensure all operations activity to achieve laws and regulation, safety and environmental compliance.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree of Mining, Chemical, Geology or Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experiences in related field and Coal Mining Industry.
• Having good understanding of Coal Supply Chain Management.
• Familiar with data visualization i.e. Power Bl, Tableau, etc.
• Strong Analytical and Leadership.
• Good teamwork and co-operation, communication, and presentation.
• Good in English Language and Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
