Fixed Plant Maintenance Trainer (Code: FPMT)

Overview:

This role is responsible to plan, develop and implement training programs of electrical instruments and crusher, coaching and assessing all junior employees in Maintenance Dept. This role will support both mechanical and electrical in all aspects of equipment maintenance and repair activities in accordance with HSE requirements, standards and procedures.

Requirements:

• Skilled in using, deliver training, conduct assessment and coach for such products:
• Crusher: Striker JM1180 & CQ40E, Metso HP500 Cone Crusher, Sepro RR3048 Heavy Duty Jaw Crusher.
• Electrical Intrument: SCADA.
• Has at least 5 years relevant experience – mining and industrial fixed plant equipment maintenance.
• Well speaking and writing skill.
• Hold TOT certificate.
• Willing to be placed at Wetar Site, Maluku with roster scheme 4 weeks on site and 2 weeks off (leave will be fully accommodated to POH).
