FIXED PLANT SUPERVISOR

Overview:

Monitoring and Mentoring personnel to ensure compliance to reliability and planning system, Smooth continuous operations of engineering and maintenance functions, Develop and sustain Lean Maintenance methodologies, Support a cohesive and collaborative team in achieving their outcomes, Ensure a safe and compliant environment where risk is managed

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineer.
• Have min. 7 years experience as Fixed Plant Supervisor or relevant experience.
• Experience in fixed plant maintenance, pump rebuild and alignment, ERP/CMMS.
• Have experience in managing environmental and safety issues in mining industry.
• Have awareness of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Willing to be placed in Site Wetar Island, Maluku, with roster scheme 4 weeks on site and 2 weeks off (leave will be fully accomodated to PoH).
