Currently PT Merdeka Copper Gold Wetar Copper Mine is seeking suitable candidates in Human Resources Dept. & Mobile Maintenance Dept. as:

ADMIN SUPERVISOR (Code: MMAS)

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess min. Diploma Degree.
• Has min. 5 years experience working in relevant position in Mining Industry, experienced in Mobile Maintenance Dept. would be a plus.
• Candidates living in Bali, Kupang and Southwest Maluku will be high proritized (proven by ID card that should be attached in CV).
• Familiar using Outlook, Ms. Office, Pronto, W Safe.
• Proficient in office administration, handling report, job sheet, work and material order, roster and travel arrangement, etc.
• Have good leadership, communication, problem solving, initiative and decision making.
• Understand mine safety rules and procedure.
• Willing to be placed at Wetar Site, Maluku with roster scheme 4 weeks on site and 2 weeks off (leave will be fully accommodated to POH).

ADMIN OFFICER (Code: MMAO)

Requirements:

• Min. educational background is High School.
• Has min. 3 years experience working in relevant position, experienced in Mining industry and Mobile Maintenance Dept. would be a plus.
• Candidates living in Bali, Kupang and Southwest Maluku will be high proritized (proven by ID card that should be attached in CV).
• Familiar using Outlook, Ms. Office, Pronto, W Safe.
• Familiar in office administration.
• Fast learning and adapt well.
• Understand mine safety rules and procedure.
• Willing to be placed at Wetar Site, Maluku with roster scheme 4 weeks on site and 2 weeks off (leave will be fully accommodated to POH).

TALENT ACQUISITION (RECRUITMENT) SPECIALIST (Code: RECS)

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess min. Bachelor Degree with the major of Psychology or Human Resources Management.
• Has min. 3 years experience working as Recruiter in mining industry.
• Able to work with tight deadline, fast paced, and accurate.
• Able to work independently and as part of the team.
• Able to communicate well in english.
• Had fully vaccinated.
• Able to join immediately would be a plus.
• Willing to be placed at Wetar Site, Maluku with roster scheme 4 weeks on site and 2 weeks off (leave will be fully accommodated to POH).
