ACCOUNT PAYABLE OFFICER (Jakarta)

Qualifications:

  • S1 in Accounting;
  • 3-year experience as Account Payable with high volume of transactions;
  • 3-year experience working at Big Four Accounting Firms;
  • English Proficiency;
  • Good interpersonal skills;
  • Understanding the Account Payable process;
  • MS Office (Excel, Word, & Power Point).

Work Challenges:

  • High volume of invoices;
  • Time management for invoice processing;
  • Relationship with external parties (vendors & banks):
  • Cash management.

 

Corporate Secretary Superintendent (Jakarta)

Qualifications:

  • S1 in Commerce/Business/Law/Economics/Communication;
  • 3-year experience as Corporate Secretary Superintendent;
  • English proficiency & good interpersonal skills;
  • Understanding Capital Market, Corporate Law & Regulations, and Financial & Investment Market;
  • Good understanding of General Business and Financial & Investment Analysis;
  • Knowledge of Strategic Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, Advertising, and Media.

Work Challenges:

  • Adequately dynamic organization development;
  • Broad understanding on business processes in the mining industry.

 

SAP System Superintendent (Central Kalimantan)

Qualifications:

  • S1 in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, ManagementInformation, System Information, or other relevant majors;
  • ≥6-year experience in: 
    • Business processes for Finance, Procurement, Project Production, & Marketing;
    • Developing & maintaining budget,
    • Maintaining SAP application;
    • Coordinating & managing vendors.
  • Solid understanding of Finance, Procurement, Project, Production, and Marketing business processes,
  • Familiarity with ERP System (Axapta & SAP);
  • Understanding Project Management & Enterprise Architecture;
  • Understanding development of TOR/SOW, RFP. Annual Budget, activity planning;
  • Familiarity with the overall scope, system, data and process for assigned area of responsibility
  • Good team player & ability to work under pressure;
  • English proficiency & good interpersonal skills. 

 

STRATEGIC SOURCING SECTION HEAD (Jakarta)

Qualifications:

  • S1 in Engineering (Mechanical / Industrial / Civil), Business, Management, Economics;
  • ≥3-year experience as Leader / Superintendent;
  • ≥5-year experience in Purchasing / Procurement / Strategic Sourcing, preferably in mining industry;
  • English Proficiency;
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills;
  • Good analytical thinking & negotiation skills;
  • Good leadership skill & a team player.

Work Challenges:

  • Purchase planning from users is not yet available / inaccurate;
  • Remote site location with sometimes slow ERP connection speed; 
  • Limited historical data to be used for analysis purpose.

 

ENVIRONMENT SUPERINTENDENT (Central Kalimantan)

Qualifications:

  • S1 in Forestry /Agnculture / Environment;
  • 5-year experience in exploration, mining operations, or environmental services;
  • 5-year experience in performing best practices in environmental management & monitoring, & studies management system;
  • English Proficiency & good interpersonal skills;
  • Familianty with AMDAL & other environmental documents;
  • POP Certification (at the minimum).

Work Challenges:

  • Adequately dynamic organization business plan & development requiring mandatory environmental support at different stages;
  • Implementation of environmental management system for exploration, construction, and operation in a remote and restricted location.

 

LOGISTICS SECTION HEAD (Central Kalimantan)

Qualifications:

  • S1 in Engineering (Mechanical / Industrial / Civil), Business, Management, Economics;
  • ≥3-year experience as Leader / Superintendent;
  • ≥4-year experience in Logistics / Inventory, preferably in mining industry;
  • English Proficiency;
  • Good interpersonal skills;
  • Knowledge of Warehousing Management & Transportation Management;
  • Good leadership skill.

Work Challenges:

  • Remote working area, difficult logistics;
  • Extreme weather condition on site; 
  • Challenging natural condition which may hinder logistic distribution; 
  • Preparation to start a project from scratch. 

 

HR REMUNERATION OFFICER (Jakarta)

Qualifications:

  • S1 in Management/ Psychology / Social Studies;
  • 5-year experience as HR Supervisor / Officer (Compensation & Benefit), preferably in mining industry;
  • 5-year experience as HR Supervisor / Officer (HR Administration), preferably in mining industry;
  • English proficiency & good interpersonal skills;
  • Understanding compensation & benefit process, Business Improvement Principles (e.g. impact of HR policies on finance, etc.):
  • Good understanding of Labor Law & other related regulations;
  • Awareness of local culture & cross cultural communication;
  • Ability to create business improvement process for the reward administration process:
  • MS Office (Excel, Word, & Power Point).

Work Challenges: 

  • Adequately dynamic organization development;
  • Possibility to extensively travel to Company sites.
