Recruitment Supervisor (2 position)

Location: Head Quarter, Jakarta

Responsibility :

• Provide qualified candidates on a timely basis through the development and execution of recruiting plans.
• Improve overall efficiency and effectiveness of recruiting and hiring process to refine qualification requirements, through follow up interviews with managers and hired employees and by identifying new sources for candidate recruiting.

Qualifications :

• - Bachelor Degree of any fields
• - Having minimal 7 years working experience in Recruitment, preferable having experience in Mining and Smelter Companies
• - Preferable Proficiency in Mandarin (Oral and Written)
• - Excellent in Communication and Leading Team
• - Willing to have business trip if needed
• - Willing to be placed in Sudirman Area, Jakarta
