Land Management Supervisor & Land Management Superintendent are responsible to help project owner to obtain land for company development, as well as administer the land after it has been purchased or leased. These roles coordinate with permitting section, engineers, lawyers, and other stake holders to ensure the project is built on time and within budget

1. LAND MANAGEMENT SUPERVISOR (CODE : EA-LMSPV)

2. LAND MANAGEMENT SUPERINTENDENT (CODE : EA-LMSPT)

REQUIREMENTS 

• Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably Graduate’s degree holder.
• Minimum 5 years experience in land acquisition from any industry, plus two years in managerial function.
• Possess advanced capability in lobbying, negotiation, and problem solving skills.
• Strong managerial skill and team managing.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Knowledge of Indonesian law, regulation, and decree related to mine operation.
• Technical skills to possess including : MS Office, SPSS, Conflict resolution, Administration and Finance, Controlling expenditures within GovRel’s budget, etc.
