Process Engineer (CuSX Project: Gold)

PT. Merdeka Copper Gold is currently looking for Process Engineer (CuSX Project) candidate who has Solvent Extraction experience.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree in Metallurgical Engineering/Chemical Engineering.
2. Minimum 9 years of experience in Gold CIL/CIP plant while heap leach experience is a plus.
3. Familiar with gold metallurgical testwork (sample selection, comminution, gravity recovery, leaching incl column test, detox).
4. Ability to develop mass and heat balance for a process as well as the Opex estimate.
5. Familiar with PFD, PDC, P&ID, Control Philosophy, Isometric Diagram and Hazop.
6. Good understanding of plant utilization and maintenance process.
7. Advanced skills of MS Excel and Powerpoint are required.
8. Good communication skills including active communication in English is a must. Passive/active Chinese language skill is a plus.
9. Trained in report writing.
10. Able to work in multi projects under tight deadlines.
11. The primary task will be develop a project through different phases (i.e. Detail Engineering, Commissioning, Ramping-up) and this includes cooperation with other disciplines.
12. The position is based at Jakarta plus travel (length of travelling is based on project requirement).
