Legal Officer

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree of Law
2. Min. 2 years of work experience
3. Able to work under pressure and Able to meet the deadlines
4. Good understanding of corporate law, foundation law and business law
5. Having experience in plantation or public company is a plus
6. Excellent written and verbal (Communication Skill) Bahasa and English
7. Having good teamwork and research skill
8. Placement: TB Simatupang (Jakarta Selatan)

Responsibility

1. Draf a wide variety of legal agreements, consent letters, power of attorney and other necessary legal documents
2. Review and revise legal agreements, consent letters, power of attorney and other necessary legal documents to ensure compliance
3. Posses problem solving skill and prevention point of view
4. Having extensive knowledge of the indonesian regulation
5. Handling all the necessary licenses & administration legal documented
