We are looking for

Accounting staff

Job Requirements :

• Min. S1 in Accounting
• Female, max. 35 years old
• Min. 3 years experiences in same position
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience with Microsoft software, and other accounting programs
• Proven knowledge in bookkeeping and accounting standards and practices
• Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
• Fluent in English
• Able to work under pressure
• Capable to perform multitasking work

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Maintain records of business costs, such as labor and material
• Check invoices for inaccuracies
• Reconcile accounts with the general ledger
• Handle general account queries
• Contact clients about invoices that are past due
