Plant Engineering Department Head

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure and improve the physical availability (PA) of equipment, in order to obtain high quality at optimal costs and also be responsible for implementing strategic designs through improvement projects so as to support the achievement of company targets.
• Manage research and improvement projects in order to ensure the Physical Availability of equipment
• Performing equipment analysis related to component lifetime extension
• Manage fabrication design components that are still in accordance with regulations with optimal results
• Ensure that the warranty claim management runs smoothly with technical support
• Ensure the running of research and analysis on Failure Analysis Equipment
• Ensure the running of research and analysis regarding Electrical Failure Analysis
• Making breakthroughs and initiating project improvement related to the results of research and analysis carried out

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering
• Min 10 years of working experience as Plant Engineering or Plant Development
• Advanced skill in preventive maintenance & planning, budgeting, equipment technical analysis, and contract management, especially in the mining contractor industry
• Good communication and leadership skill
• Good analytical thinking, problem solving, and decision making
• Willing to be placed at All Adaro Group Site

 

Plant Engineering Division Head

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure and improve the physical availability (PA) of equipment by intervening/revisioning/modifying the use of equipment/methods used and of a strategic nature, including the implementation of machine and component rebuilding in accordance with company objectives.
• Ensure the management of research and analysis on equipment and improvement projects in order to ensure that the Physical Availability of equipment is running and can be implemented, including failure analysis both equipment and electrical, component lifetime extension analysis, Fabrication Design
• Ensure that the warranty claim management runs smoothly with technical support
• Ensure that the management of units in the Rebuilt Center is effective and efficient
• Ensuring that the Division's Cost Management is in accordance with the plan

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering
• Min. 15 years of working experience as Plant Engineering or Plant Development
• Advanced skill in preventive maintenance & planning, budgeting, equipment technical analysis, and contract management, especially in the mining contractor industry
• Good communication and leadership skill
• Good analytical thinking, problem solving, and decision making
• Willing to be placed at All Adaro Group Site

 

Group Leader - Production

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the operation of a section within the mining area
• Overseeing a group of members and ensuring an efficient operation in achieving business targets
• Eliminate potential for incident

Job Requirements

• Diploma Degree in Mining/Civil Engineering with min GPA 3.00
• 1 year of experience as a Group Leader in open pit coal mining/ hauling / road maintenance area
• Have a POP License
• Physically and mentally fit
• Willing to be placed in our site project (Kalimantan Area) 

 

Mechanic - Heavy Equipment

Job Responsibilities

• Ensuring the implementation of service, troubleshooting or repair activities according to quality standards in order to achieve the target unit availability set on the site.

Job Requirements

• Min education STM / SMK majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or SMA IPA
• Have at least 1 year of experience in the field of heavy equipment service and maintenance
• Have a Basic Mechanic Course certification
• Willing to work in the project area (Kalimantan Area)
