Operational & Production Mining Advisor (Verticals [SME] Division)

Degree requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Production & Engineering Related

Work Experience

• Candidate has at least 10 years related in working as Operational / Production Manager / Technical Advisor for
• effective & efficient operational / production Mining (Coal/Nickel/Gold/Iron), expertise in handling Mine
• Planning, Mining Execution, Mining Improvement and Mining Technology Implementation

Qualifications:

• Have depth and extensive knowledge and expertise in build and implementing mining strategies, policies, processes and procedures to produce and improve better operational performance
• Provide evaluation / business judgement from an operational perspective in the field related to business initiatives, project improvement & Mining technology that will be built and implemented in the field or operational (mining)
• Provide professional views, perspectives and judgments related to mining technology that will be built and developed follows the updated knowledge and best practices
• Partnering with product owners to create excellent technology product enhancement into business processes mine planning, operations and production customers which have an impact on improving field performance
