Performance Management

Job Responsibility:

1. Assist management to develop company’s key strategic performance parameter and target both short term and long term based on strategy plan formulation
2. Facilitate and ensure completeness of target deployment and alignment to business unit or function including linkage with Individual Performance Management (KPI system)
3. Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicator of business unit / functional performance against target and determine the effectiveness of the implemented strategies
4. Conduct evaluation of ITM business performance and business unit and function specific performance against targets and deliver into performance report
5. Gather relevant data and requirements to develop process mapping and analysis especially relate to performance dashboard and monitoring

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree of all subjects (Economic/ Engineering is preferred)
2. Min. 5 years of experience with good project management skills to manage multiple complex projects and good understanding in business process mapping
3. Strong and comprehensive in analysis thinking
4. Good data management skills and knowledge in data analysis tools is preferred (Ms. Excel, Ms. Access, Tableau, SQL etc.)
5. Good communication and personality to effectively interact across levels of the organization
6. Good in English Language and Computer literate
